The channels need to be their preferred ones, the content of value and provide the opportunity for discussion and of course be integrated with each other. I have seen many Pharma Folk claim HCPs are not interested without waking up and realising they are delivering 'low' or 'no' quality experience via all channels. Back to that lack of willingness to change on the part of many.
