The particular piece of spam I used an example is actually compliant with US spam law -- ie, the CAN-SPAM act of 2003. This law allows unsolicited commercial email if it meets certain standards.<br /><br />In any case, I was not making any endorsement one way or the other regarding the product advertised in this email. I was merely showing readers what may be in store for them -- that is, in addition to all the penis enlargement spam email, watch out for anti-cholesterol email as well.
