You are creating your own category (strictly in marketing terms).

I am a regular reader of your blog... :)

ParthaParthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08344539015028209207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8550428.post-75732431614228939432011-11-24T08:04:47.528-05:002011-11-24T08:04:47.528-05:00Partha,

It will say it innovates by introducing new drugs to market -- drugs that address unmet medical needs. It will not refer to its innovative marketing tactics. That was the point of my post, although I should have been more clear about it.

I haven't actually found fault with everything that Pfizer does, but I may not always blog about those things. I guess I'm the guy that looks at the glass half-full. Also, many of my readers tell me they appreciate my point of view because they cannot hear the same anywhere else. Since there are so many people -- including Pfizer's PR people -- who talk about the good things Pfizer does, I would have a lot of competition if I too did that!PharmaGuyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10211557578124130640noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8550428.post-82011989379140131132011-11-24T00:00:57.880-05:002011-11-24T00:00:57.880-05:00Hi,

At the end of the day, if the patient is getting Lipitor at a discounted rate, what is wrong?

I don't see anything wrong with that kind of a strategy. And finding fault in everything that Pfizer does is not good for you. :)Parthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08344539015028209207noreply@blogger.com
