The "ultimate drug" may be "love," but the movie seems to focus on how great a drug Viagra is!
Except that what the film doesn't tell you is that Maggie has Parkinson's and it's not really a romantic comedy at all.

The first 1/3 of this movie does indeed painfully illustrate the madness, greed, insensitivity and fraudulent behavior of pharmacutical companies and their sales people. Ought to wake a lot of people up to how Doctors are pursued and enticed to encourage us all to become drug addicts and victims.
