It is only when this trust is established that the physician will believe a word of what you tell him.<BR/>3) Expertise of your product: If a physician asks a question about your product or the disease or condition it treats, you better have a reliable answer for him, or at least follow up with the answer at a later time. <BR/>4) An understanding of the practice: Coming in with a message that does not relate to the physician's patients or his practice is a good way to waste his time and yours.<BR/>4) Yes, you should be friendly. Rude, pushy reps are the reason many offices have put restrictions on when and even if they will see reps. With the time spent with these physicians, business friendships do develop, though that alone will not earn you the big bucks!<BR/><BR/>We are not all bad. Many of your physicians would not know as much about your conditions if we weren't there because they just don't have the time to read up about everything.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
